He was great to work with and got me a slightly lower rate while also providing better coverage than my progressive policy. "After almost 1 year of them charging double for a payment of 460 and acting like they never did. The money finally appeared right back into my State Farm account. After being yelled at and treated like a was I crazy for more than a month. The craziest part is that no one called me to apologize for being right the whole time, I had to call and ask where the money was coming from because I honestly couldn’t believe that they had the payment the whole time. No one apologized to me or called me to make me aware. I’ll never forget the horrible customer service that Alexandra provided along with the other guy sitting at the front. Worst experience of my life. The only person that took the time to help me was Nancy but unfortunately she couldn’t help me either. Now after almost 11 months the money is right back in my account. Crazy right ?"
