"Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Nancy Fernandez, my agent, informed me at 3pm on Friday Aug 15, 2025 that my commercial policy was going to cancel on Saturday Aug 16, 2025 after a not-at-fault claim (my wife was rear ended). When I asked Chris and Nicco Vella for loss runs and a short extension to be able to purchase another policy they all went radio silent. Monday I am without insurance and need 12 vehicles on the road to operate my business."
